At 7Fold Apparel, we want you happy with your fit. If something’s off, here’s how we handle it.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Original tags and packaging are intact

Proof of purchase is provided
Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted — no exceptions.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Sale or discounted items, wrong placed products due to the error on your end (example, wrong size or color checked out)

Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Items without original tags or packaging
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued via original payment method

Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or item?
We allow exchanges subject to stock availability.

Customers must contact us before sending any item back.

Unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return and reshipment fees.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos and your order number
We’ll try to make it right.
📍 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable courier, because lost return packages are out of our control.
