Welcome to 7Fold Apparel — where the fits has the 'oh, wow' factor and the shipping is (mostly) fast.

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If we’re cooking up a big drop or running a sale, processing may take a little longer — quality takes time.

🚚 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the Philippines only.

⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:

• Metro Manila: 2–5 business days

• Provincial Areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather, or courier delays (things we can’t control, unfortunately).

💸 Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout — no surprise charges, no funny business.

📲 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation message with tracking details.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect movement.

📍 Correct Address, Please

Make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
7Fold Apparel is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order is handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery is transferred.
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us right away so we can help point you in the right direction. We highly suggest you take videos before unpacking.
